In the Next Generation Learning video it becomes very clear to me the differences in learning around the world. To me, it seems that the 11 year old boy is very educated from the abundant amount of technology in his school. Kids can interact and experience events that a classroom 10 years ago could never imagine.
I can not begin to wonder how much money is put into that school for technology. Here in the United States we are facing children in public schools not being able to have text books for some classes and teacher jobs being cut. The children in the video were able to check out lap top computers as if they were books at a library. This just amazes me and I do think the technology in the school is a wonderful thing.
